Companies in Segovia, El Espinar and Cuéllar: the corporate account for visitors arriving at Guiomar, industrial-estate staff and business trips to Madrid, with one invoice a month
The corporate account is a way of paying and invoicing, with no fee and no minimum: authorised people book by phone, email, WhatsApp or API, every trip has its price fixed in advance, the traveller neither pays nor keeps receipts, and at month end one invoice arrives with VAT itemised and one line per job with date, route, passenger and cost centre. In Segovia it solves what the high-speed train leaves half done: the visitor arrives quickly from Chamartín at Guiomar, a station on the outskirts several kilometres from the aqueduct, and from there there is no public transport in time for a meeting on an industrial estate in the capital, in El Espinar or in Cuéllar. Cuéllar to Guiomar is 68 km and about 49 min.

How does a visitor reach a company in Segovia, and what does the transfer cost?
Almost always by high-speed train from Madrid-Chamartín to Segovia-Guiomar, or by car along the AP-6 and the AP-61 when they come with their own vehicle. Guiomar is on the outskirts, on the Madrid–Valladolid line, and the meeting is seldom in the old town but on an industrial estate in the capital, at a company in El Espinar, in Cuéllar's timber industry or on a farm in the Tierra de Pinares; the city bus links the station with the city, not with the warehouse. The job is booked with the train number and the company as destination, the app follows delays and the driver waits outside Guiomar with the visitor's name. Anyone arriving by air is met in arrivals at Barajas with a sign and crosses the mountains through the AP-6 tunnel.
The figures are the engine's, the same as for an individual, and the price agreed at booking is the one on the invoice: Cuéllar to Guiomar, 68 km from 94,70 €; El Espinar to Guiomar, 32 km; Nava de la Asunción to Guiomar, 49 km; Segovia to Barajas, 108 km. Palazuelos and San Cristóbal, right next to the capital, have their own route page to Guiomar. There is no surge, time-of-day or bank-holiday surcharge, and the AP-61 and AP-6 toll is inside the fixed price. For Cuéllar and the Tierra de Pinares, depending on where the visitor comes from, Valladolid's station or airport can be the alternative to Guiomar and Barajas: Cuéllar to Valladolid is 54 km.
What do companies in the province ask for besides receiving visitors?
Staff changeovers, business trips to Madrid and trade fairs. The industrial estates of the capital and El Espinar change shifts when the bus does not run, and in the Tierra de Pinares timber, resin and irrigated farming move crews between villages with no transport between them. A changeover is booked as one service with several stops, with the clock-in time, the addresses and one price for the whole thing, and with the fixed service it is agreed once, days, time and price, and the bookings are created automatically in advance, with the same driver whenever possible; it is cancelled at no cost when it is no longer needed.
Business trips in Segovia have one peculiarity: Madrid is so close that many meetings are done in a day, but the high-speed train stops at Chamartín and the airport is on the far side of the city. Segovia to IFEMA is 98 km, from 131,90 €, with the car waiting or coming back for the team when the fair closes; and from El Espinar, with the AP-6 on its doorstep, Barajas is closer for anyone flying in the small hours. On long weekends and at Easter the old town fills with visitors and the returns to Madrid coincide in the late afternoon; booking ahead secures the time, and the price does not change because it is a bank holiday.
How is the account opened, and who may book?
From the companies page, with the tax details; back in the panel the account is marked as corporate under Billing, and there is no lock-in, fee or minimum. Who may book is agreed when it is opened: the usual setup is to authorise two or three people, reception, management and assistants, and have the rest go through them, although it can be opened to the whole team with a cap per job. Each booking is confirmed in writing with route, time, passenger and price and is tied to the cost centre named by whoever books. If the company would rather have its own system do it, there is an API with a key to quote, book and check the status of the job, and a widget for the website that is pasted in two lines.
The contact person, the price, the confirmation and the invoice are always the platform's. The transfer is performed by the soonest available VTC, the platform's own or from a partner fleet that was checked before being given a single job, under its valid VTC authorisation or taxi licence and with a trip sheet issued before starting; the company is told who is driving before the pickup, not afterwards, and if the compliance department asks for the document, it is there. On recurring trips the driver is the same, already familiar with the warehouse, the time and the estate's gate, and in winter aware that the climb to San Rafael has ice and fog before dawn and leaves with a margin.
What does the monthly invoice include, and what if the train or the meeting runs late?
One grouped invoice a month, with VAT itemised at the passenger-transport rate and one line per job with date, route, passenger, cost centre and amount, ready to post and reconciling with the written confirmation of each booking. The traveller neither advances money nor files expense claims: the jobs are charged to the account. With several centres, the Segovia office, the El Espinar plant and the Cuéllar warehouse come itemised on the same invoice; with high volume the rate is negotiated in writing, and the written one is what applies.
If the visitor's high-speed train is late, the job carries the train number and the app follows it: the pickup at Guiomar moves by itself and the published courtesy wait runs from the actual arrival; at Barajas the flight is checked. If the meeting runs long, the driver is told by message and a wait or a new time is agreed; extended waiting is invoiced at the published rate and announced before it starts counting. Cancellation, included waiting, child seats and airport tolls are the conditions the system writes on the companies page with the values it applies when charging, and if they change, they change there the same day as in the contract.
What other kinds of companies in the province use the account?
The hotels of Segovia's old town and La Granja, to take guests to Guiomar or Barajas with the charge on the room and collect them on the way back from an outing to Pedraza or Coca castle; clinics and insurers, for unaccompanied transfers to appointments at the General Hospital or at the Madrid and Valladolid hospitals patients are referred to, with the invoice to the insurer; the schools and camps of the mountains, for outings with several cars; wedding organisers at the estates of the mountains and the Tierra de Pinares; and the agencies that bring groups from Madrid for the day. Each sector has its own page with what changes in its case, and the account is the same for all.
A hotel or an agency that would rather resell the transfer than pay for it, setting its own price on the net fare or collecting a commission on each job, has the partner rate and the partners portal, which is a different conversation from the corporate account. What does not change in either case is that the price is fixed before booking, the driver waits with a sign outside Guiomar or in arrivals at Barajas, the job is documented with its trip sheet and the invoice is issued automatically at month end. The help page explains the rest, from child seats to cancellation.
Frequently asked questions
Does the corporate account have a fee or a lock-in?
No. It is a way of paying and invoicing: no fee, no minimum and no lock-in contract. With high volume a rate is negotiated in writing.
How does a visitor get from Guiomar to Cuéllar or El Espinar?
With a pickup booked with the train number: Guiomar is on the outskirts and the driver waits outside with the visitor's name. To Cuéllar it is 68 km; to El Espinar, less, with the AP-61 in between.
What if the visitor's high-speed train arrives at Guiomar late?
The job carries the train number and the app follows it: the pickup moves by itself and the published courtesy wait starts counting at the actual arrival, without anyone in the company having to call.
Can a team be taken to IFEMA and brought back when the fair closes?
Yes: the outbound and return trips are booked, with several cars coordinated if needed and a single invoice. Segovia to IFEMA is 98 km; from Cuéllar the trip is longer and has its own route page.

How we write, where the figures come from and how we correct an error: editorial policy.
The account's conditions (authorised people, caps, cost centres) are set when it is opened and can be adjusted later. Kilometre, minute and price figures are those of the route engine when the page is opened; the VAT rate is the one published by the tax agency on the date consulted.
